Yes. Bridge CRM has a free version for teams of 20 users or fewer. Getting started doesn't require a credit card.

How can I change plans as my team scales?

Yes. Bridge CRM strategies are scalable in nature. When your user count crosses a new slab boundary, the pricing you pay per user is automatically reduced to the lower rate of that slab.

Is there a fee to set up or have it implemented?

All plans include onboarding assistance. White glove implementation and dedicated project management are completely free for Enterprise and Enterprise Plus customers.

Is there an additional cost for ERP or SAP integration?

Beginning with the Growth plan, ERP integration support is provided. Deep SAP integration is included in the Business, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus plans at no extra charge.

What if my team size is a number between the slabs?

You are always charged by the slab that your ACTUAL user count falls into. You are not penalised for crossing any slab threshold, and there is no retrospective billing.

Is annual billing available?

Yes. All plans support billing annually, which saves 20 percent compared to month-to-month pricing.

Can I get a custom quote for a large or complicated deployment?

Yes. Bridge provides custom contracts to teams with more than 500 users or businesses with complex multi-entity details or holding-company structures. You can contact the sales team to get a free quote for your team.
